Rain and snow and lightning!
The texture of the sheer mass of rain is pretty cool on this one, I think.
Watching the rain gutter overflow is pretty dang awesome.
I think this picture was taken the morning after my nephew died; there was a really heavy snow that day, and that would've been around the right time for when this picture would have been from. . Anyways, that's my dad's old work van, did I have the flash on that the lights reflected like that?
Another picture that belongs in a magazine, imo^_^;; The light pollution that reflects on the low pregnant snow clouds can sometimes be a good thing, as it provided a solid fill light for this picture that gives it a really nice tone.
I got the tripod out this evening and spent probably half an hour on the front porch trying to get shots of lightning. You couldn't predict when the next bolt would come, so I'd just set the camera for the longest exposure (30s) and sit back for a minute (took 30s to process after shooting) and hope for the best.
Of course 95% of the pictures I came out with were just the town lights, but about 6 had nice lightning in them.
