I live in Arkansas, the Natural State, so by rights, I should have lots of neat things outside to photograph. And I do!
When I took it upon myself to learn how to use my mom's camera, I shot a million and one outside pictures because I got tired of the same old items in my house (the same old thing I started with, incidentally? The ceiling fan xD). And also the outside, especially the sky, it so inspiring! It became a challenge to try and capture any and everything I saw outside, the most challenging of course was the moon and stars.
If you don't have a tripod, then your efforts at taking good nighttime pictures are diminished by the inverse relationships of holding a camera and getting a focused image when you have to deal with long exposures. My solution was to take a tripod a couple of times, but more convenient was to use my car.
My car is a 2003 silver Chevy Cavalier, and since its body is so rounded, it's easy to get the perfect angle to take the picture you need. Less easy to get an angle that's easy to push against, but you have a lot of choices xD
So anyways, picking the few pictures out of hundreds to go in this section was a pretty daunting task, also figuring out logical categories to put them in xD
